i got a small wart (kind of growth) on my right cheek about a year ago. it looks just like a small pimple (flesh color) raised from surface of skin. 2 months ago i got another one near that. no itch or anything.
i went to my dermatologist and she said you have “viral warts” and she said she has to do operation with liquid nitrogen to remove the wart and its an infection which might spread all over face and showed me very small warts all over my face (as small as a small dot) which i had not even noticed before.
anyone else sufferred from this or knows about this?
I had them on my hands. It started with one or two when I was about 10 yrs old. By the time I was 20, they were all over my hands. I had the surgery done and it worked, very little scarring. Before I had the surgery done, I had tried every kind of wart removal remedy on the market, none really worked.
I have seen ringworm on the face. I don't think your condition is serious. After they freeze the warts on your face, you will be fine after a little while.
viral warts over feet , hand , arms or genitals r seasonal and common , they occured in kids esp on hands , in women around legs and in young men around face due to harsh shaving , if yr doctor suggested liquid N2 than go for it but ask about other treatment options too , and go with the one with minimal side effects and scars. also which virus is that ?? if HPV than what strain?? try to learn about that virus , search online or ask yr doctor and try to know how it could be prevented , and try to see a skin specialist
