I need help please ..
What vinegar is good to be used in soups any particular brand / type ??
Coz when i put the same vinegar in food ( while cooking ) it doesnt stink as much .. but using it raw in the soup , the soup gets stinky… so i thought maybe its a special vinegar the restaurants use for soups etc …
Got any ideas?
Re: Vinegar ..

My dad makes really good chicken corn soup. And I know that he puts vinegar in it and it lends a pleasant slightly acidic taste to it.
And he also soaks chicken in vinegar and it turns out amazing. Perhaps it gives a tangy flavor to it and makes it tender.
We use white vinegar.
