I saw on this other forum this really interesting feature (especially useful for newbies). Theres a quickie sorta link that, when click upon, creates a list of all threads across all forums that have 0 replies. So say if someones thread got shoved to page 3 of a forum without even being answered for example, this feature can help give it more visibility.

Good idea which we can look at during the next upgrade. If a thread is on page 3 without reply it is due to lack of interst on part of the guppies, so will giving it more visibility be any more beneficial?

Maybe, those guys and gals who have interest in that topic were not there when that particular thread was posted.

^ Yeah good idea BG. Plus i guess it will encourage people to reply to ignored threads, which gives newbies some reassurance to stick around rather than getting sick of being ignored and leaving. 0 is just an arbitrary number. It could be worked around to say 2 or 3 replies too.

I think new system should have a facility to generate an automated PM system, so when a thread is getting only hits but no reply...this system will be sending PM to members and they will be requested to please be awaken, reply and save us!

Not every thread that is put up deserves a reply. Consider it that its been voted out of popularity. At any rate, if the original thread starter wants, they can bump it up.
