U.S. reverses assessment of South Asia nuclear balance
The U.S. report also states that “India probably has a handful of nuclear bombs,” meaning about five. With regard to delivery systems - the missiles and bombers needed to launch a nuclear strike - U.S. officials now believe Indian capabilities to be seriously lagging.
According to the Defense Department document, which is unclassified, India has no nuclear-capable missiles and fewer aircraft capable of delivering a nuclear payload than Pakistan does
One official said the Pakistanis “are more likely to have those numbers [25 to 100 weapons] than the Indians.”
“They both have a capability,” said one senior military official. “Pakistan’s may be better than India’s, with more weapons and more capability.
Perhaps most important, the official said, is that Pakistan appears far more capable than India of delivering nuclear payloads.
India’s Agni missile, is described by the Pentagon as 10 years away from operational status.

To think that the Pakistan armed forces had such a military advantage 4 years ago just imagine how many times they can destroy India by now, all in self defence of course.

I think the phalcon is a great idea for india though, knowing where your planes have crashed will mean getting the scrap trucks out to location will be made more efficient.

The way I look at it is that this is another effort to prove that Pakistan is capable of everything and very strong and a threat to India. Blah blah...
So there is no need for Pakistan to worry about the Falcon radar systern we are giving to India because India is a relativley week country compare to Pakistan. Even though through these radar system India can look deep into Pakistan and monitor every and single plane which takes off and flying at any altitude. Not only it will only tell what kind of weapon enemy is using.
So, We The AMERICANS the very sincre friends of Muslims specially Pakistanis think that they should fee superior and relax.
