Parts 3 & 4

I agree that PCB should publicly justify their decisions. Like most of other institutions, there are no checks and balances in PCB as well. Dictators!

Raja is saying Afridi ka 'mood off ' ho jaay ga because he has to pay a penalty for the embarrassment he has brought to the nation.
Professionals na howay, nai nawaili dulhan ho gaay.

He is probably right because both Afridi and Razzaq were offended when captaincy of their regional teams was stripped off from them. Both claimed that they deserved captaincy because they are 'seniors'. Maybe the pond is still not clean yet.

Interestingly enough Ramiz believes that Pakistan has not had a real cricket leader since Imran Khan. Even under Wasim Akram, Pakistan's good performances he believes were mostly down to good fortune or individual talent/brilliance rather than Wasim's leadership skills. He goes on to say that the 1992 World Cup-winning team would have probably lost by 10 wickets against the Wasim-led team that got to the Final of 1999 World Cup where they got hammered by the Aussies. Imran's great strength was that he transformed a not-so-talented bunch of cricketers into a fighting and winning unit. Besides being charismatic, Imran was intelligent and understood players' backgrounds and knew how to deal with them individually. Everyone had clearly defined roles in the team and they knew exactly what was expected of them. Some people accuse Imran of being a bit dictatorial at times but that was necessary in order to maintain team unity and discipline.

LOL @ Sethi's opening remarks (part 2)

Shoaib Malik's name was missing from PCB inquiry committee's report. How could they leave out such an important piece of information?
