I’m looking for a good video editing software. I’m not interested in actually BUYING it, and I prefer it to be a software for which one can find a, um, ackcray* for.
I tried Ulead VideoEditing Studio, and I did find an ackcray* for it, but the computer I want it installed on is not connected to the internet, so I can’t register it (and the trial time is already up).
So, does anyone know of a good video editing software that I can find an ackcray* for and it can be registered for without having to be connected to the internet?
Don't know about you guys, but I like Microsoft's own solution, Windows Movie Maker. It very easy to use and pretty much has all the features that I need for editing and making great quality DVD's from my MiniDV camcorder movies. And best of all, it came FREE with Windows XP loaded computer. No crack-key or auntie party needed.
^ Yea that’s what I usually use. But, for some reason, if I spend a lot of time on a project in MovieMaker, the stupid “Send Error Report” window comes up every like 5 minutes and then I have to click “Don’t Send” and it Xs out without saving …other than that I could work with MovieMaker just fine…(and this whole dilemma has happened several times =)
Tofibaba - I haven’t tried Adobe Premiere, but I’m assuming it’s good because it’s by Adobe.
I used the trial version of Sony Vegas and I liked it - even better than Ulead.
^Okay I'm downloading it right now. It's a .rar file, so what program should I open it with? Also, do I need to be connected to the internet in order to install it?
