Guyz, I have some videos which I want to edit [like change the format n stuff], add text, music n stuff like that. Can u guyz tell me of any such softwares. I have tried a few like All-Video Splitter, VideoChange, Ulead but they are just too basic and not very easy to use. So it would be nice if anyone can shed some light on this topic!

Windows XP Pro also comes with the MS Movie Maker software. "C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\moviemk.exe". If its not there you can install it from the Add/Remove module in Control Panel.

Adobe Premiere … once you get used to it, it would surely fulfill all of your needs.

$699 for Adobe Premiere... Unless you really really need it for something that you make you some big bucks back, I would suggest to use MS Movie Maker.
