I have an old JVC Camera DVL365 and I want to save all the old videos straight to my computer as MPEG or AVI (or any video format), problem is that I have no idea how to use it since I have lost all the user manuals & CD came with it.
Any idea how to do it, even if its possible or not?
If is there any USB or Firewire option in your Video camera then you can easily shift your Videos to your PC by using NeroVision Express. Nero Vision automatically detects Camera and control Video Camera through software. You can also make menu for your videos and save it in any format like .mpeg .avi dvd etc. If it doesn’t detect, just try to download your Video cameraz driver from here
Does it has SVCD out/ in
Does your Graphics Card has SVCD out/in
are you having audio cables it means from one end it must be stereo and at other end it must have either stereo if your cam has a stereo jack or there will be two audio output one will be yellow and other red. so you must have a cable at one end with stereo and at other end two jack one yellow and other red (I have forgot the type name of those jacks) if you are having all these the its just simple.
USB Terminal
For easier and more convenient data transfer capability, a USB terminal is provided for fast, plug-and-play data downloading from the memory card to a PC. USB Mass Storage Class support is provided, so when you hook up the camera via a USB cable, it will appear on your computer screen as a drive unit.
I think its simple now.... use any camera library software and get the data out of ur camers using usb to usb cables provided in the box.
You have got both USB and firewire connections in your Camera now you can easily transfer through Nerovision Express. Use firewire cable for high quality digital videos.
Window did detect the camera but couldnt' find the drivers (make or model), I dont have IEEE 1394 (firewire) so gonna buy the cable & try to connect that way.
download the drivers, hook up the firewire connection after buying a cable and firewire card. Now you will need some software (like pinnacle studio) to get it off the camera :) There are enough free/shareware programs, but I recommend Pinnacle studio or Sony Vegas. :D Vegas is really small and works like a charm. its very very good for beginners
