Victoria's Secret

Hooters , Exotic Dance Clubs , Topless restaurants , has any junior or senior member of your family ever asked you to take them inside one of those places for example to look at what they sell or to eat or to buy something to drink ?
One thing amazes me that I have raised three kids , they never ever asked me as to what Hooters sell for example . :hmmm:

Re: Victoria's Secret

Well may be they are not exposed to Hooters, exotic dance clubs etc that is why they aren't aware of it. And ya depends on how old are your kids too. Because if you have given them good training they will never go astray nor even bother with such things.

Have any of my family members ever asked me to take them or go with them? Nope never. Nor i will Insha'allah go any such place...

Re: Victoria's Secret

Come on fellas, answer is simple. ...........kids these days are smart enough that they understand v well what should be asked and what should not be asked to their elders.

Re: Victoria's Secret

either they dont know what these clubs are and didint know they exist....to be honest ive never come across these places myself

OR

They know what these places are (if they are large chains) and know very well they will get the look if they ask their parents to go in.

Re: Victoria's Secret

majority of kids of a certain age these days (regardless of ethnic or religious background/upbringing) know exactly what hooters, nude clubs, barley dressed car washes/restaurants/coffee shops, internet pornography are. However, its not something they are going to ask their PARENTS to take them for a look see!/info ...

Re: Victoria's Secret

Not sure about anything else but hooters food is so good. I do wish they would put some clothes on though, since hooters girls *actually working inside *look more like gross aunties than anything else.

No, no one has ever asked me to take them there. But i do think if you don't want your kids to visit such places, they should know exactly what these places are and exactly why they're "bad".

Re: Victoria’s Secret

Topless restaurants???! :hayaa:

Re: Victoria's Secret

How does Victoria's Secret fit into all this lol..

I would think 99% of kids would most likely ask their friends about topless bars and so on rather than their parents.. If any desi kid brought this up with a parent or elder I would doubt their sanity..

Re: Victoria’s Secret

I knowwwww..I was thinking the same thing!! :smack:

Re: Victoria's Secret

Don't kid yourself, your kids know about all of that stuff. I don't care how well your raised them, in their teens their friends are more influential than you are and they probably asked their friends about anything related to those kinds of places. Not that they acted on anything but if they were curious then their friends or the internet are more than enough.

Re: Victoria’s Secret

If you go from Charlotte to Atlanta , via 85 freeway , this topless restaurant in some remote city has its big billboards on the side of freeway every few hundred yards for miles and miles.

Re: Victoria’s Secret

whats wrong with hooters ??
Kids do go to school and beach and malls so nothing out of the ordinary in hooters atleast.

Re: Victoria's Secret

Any self respecting desi will not go there with his family to eat. Right ?

Re: Victoria's Secret

Why ask a rhetorical question ?

It is like asking have you (parents) ever had a condoms and/or safe sex talk with your teenagers?? YEAH NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

Re: Victoria’s Secret

:smack:

What kid would ask their dad to take them to Hooters?

There was a family friend that visited us from Pak once and asked my dad to take him clubbing…it was so funny…:cb:

Re: Victoria's Secret

So did DAD do mehman nawazi?

Re: Victoria’s Secret

I want to start a chain of hot dog stands and have one in front of every Hooters. I’d call them “Wieners”…:faizy:

Re: Victoria's Secret

I don't see anything wrong with hooters. Idk why people make such a huge deal going there. Ugly girls with short shorts with skin color tights underneath. I've lived in a southern city for years where hooter is supposed to big thing because of umm you know red n... so.. yeah we would go to hooters often and lemme tell you.. those girls are UGLY with UGLY clothes.. get my point??

Re: Victoria's Secret

I am not sure about Hooters but once I took my son (7yo then) to HOME-DEPOT for buy some picture hooks for his room. As soon as he saw the hooks we were looking for, he shouted (and yeah I mean SHOUTED)

"baba buy these hookers...baba buy these hookers"

:)

Re: Victoria's Secret
