Victoria Jackson

hiya. just wanted your advise on victoria jackson make up. anyone heard of it? tried it? basically in my town they are selling kits worth £210 for £30. i went on the website and the make up seems good but since its meant to have a barely there effect, i am not sure if it will be suitable for pakistani skintones.

so reviews anyone…thanks

Re: Victoria Jackson

I got this little travel kit from them but I wasnt too impressed to be honest with you. They gave a bronzer in place of foundation and it was dark so I use it as a blush instead. The lipsticks are nice colors but not long lasting. The eye pencil was so skinny that i still cant find a sharpener for it (Same for lip liner). The only convenience of it is that it is the size of a cigarette box so i can take it with me for traveling.

If you just want touch ups...its good..if you want long lasting...find something else.

thanks

Re: Victoria Jackson

i m the type of person who isnt really bothered with makeup and when i put it on i tend to forget about it. so i guess its not for someone like me lol!

Re: Victoria Jackson

my brother got me a set (claiming it was very very expensive lol) but as soon as i used it i knew it was no good. eyeshadows dont last long at all, blusher colours are okay but again not long lasting, i didnt try the lip glosses cause none of the colours appealed to me. I think the only thing i used were the bruses, the eyeshadow and eyebrow brushes were good. foundation brush was to brittle and made me break out. so overall i would say dont buy it.

Re: Victoria Jackson

^My brother got me some as well (and said the same thing about it being expensive lol but that he got it with some special offer), his fiance told him a famous makeup artist from the US had set up the line and it's meant to be really good but tbh I don't think it's anything special. The colours came in little palettes and were neutrals (Bobbi Brown type shades), they weren't awful or anything but not stuff I would bother buying myself either, not as long-lasting or as good quality as other brands I've tried, pretty average imo..

Re: Victoria Jackson

It's really rubbish, don't get it.
