This Hadeeth has to be understood in the ‘Arabee as well, to show how precise our Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alayhi Was-Sallam wording was.
If you look back to when the sanctions were put on ‘Iraaq, the U.N. has 5 Permanent Members and they have the Country who rotates. That year it was Yemen (an ‘Arab Country). All the filthy U.N. members voted for the sanctions to be put on ‘Iraq except for the Yemen (the ‘Arabs). Because the Nabi Sallallaahu ‘Alayhi Was-Sallam said it would be the non-‘Arabs.

I was expecting a hadith from Bukhari or Muslim as At-Tawheed seemed to be indicating. This one isn’t from one of these two books is it (in addition to it being the report of a companion’s words, not the Prophet’s saw, but we’ll come to that later if need be)? In any case, the link you provided gives no reference for the hadith, nor any indication as to who if anyone declared it authentic.
