This is one of the water saving tip I read in my company news letter.
Put a brick or something big in toilet flush tank .
So are you going to implement it ? Flush tanks in my home are water saver type but I would still want to conserve more water and this week end I would implement this. There is a drought going on in my state and water use restrictions are in place already.

putting a brick in the tank..I have read it before but with the never version of the tanks, they aleady consume 30% less then the older models.

how about digging a hole in back garden? 
Your neighbors will get an eviction order from the court and kick you out from the neighborhood so just try this trick.
