Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) as the name suggests a benign and self-limiting condition. Medicines usually do not help this type of Vertigo, but she can sort it out herself by performing vertigo exercises.
Just go to the Youtube and search ?Epley manoeuvre? for vertigo. You will find dozens of videos . The exercise itself is easy to perform as long as one does not have any neck problems.

Does reiki help her ? When did you learn reiki? Have you been practicing reiki for a long time? Can you do distance reiki too?
