Exactly. Why the verses related to Jihad have been target. Just because some people maligned name of Jihad for their own agendas? Why should not our children know about the struggle of the Prophet (Jihaad) and basic themes (which include forgiveness and reactionary nature of war)?

not fair… you keep including everything under the label of jihad…sure kids should know those asepcts of Prophet life but those are not exactly jihad.
