Please note that this lawsuit attacks Samsung and not Android in general. Fair enough that they won, regardless of the deal crappy patents. I hope they try and go against Google.
You may not like it but Apple has become the Microsoft of this era.

This. They’ve gone from innovating to protecting. Apple’s genius though, is that a lot of their users (read: moronic college kids) are convinced that they are being anti-corporation with the Macs. You have to give them props for their marketing.
