I wasn't talking about myself man. Niki is the one who said iphone is jealous she was clearly joking. The way you brought in the monkey refrence it does imply that ayone who uses Sumsung products is a monkey. Anyways I apologize if I misunderstood.

no need to apologize, it's just people think apple is big bear and it's trying to bring everyone down, when they are actually protecting their assets. that's what patents are for? look at medicine industry. look how much money companies lose when their patents expire. Generic brands make loads of money doing the same stuff

I agree with this article..that is exactly what has happened…
Please note that this lawsuit attacks Samsung and not Android in general. Fair enough that they won, regardless of the deal crappy patents. I hope they try and go against Google.
You may not like it but Apple has become the Microsoft of this era.

Apple cannot go after Google. For that to happen Google has to have a product that they are selling that would deem to be copied from iDevices. On the other hand Google has Motorola which is starting injunctions to stop imports of the said iDevices into the country. There are talks going on between Tim Cook and Larry Paige to come to some sort of terms.
PS: Google was helping Samsung with during their lawsuits as they (Google) had promised their vendors that they would stand behind the vendors.

This. They've gone from innovating to protecting. Apple's genius though, is that a lot of their users (read: moronic college kids) are convinced that they are being anti-corporation with the Macs. You have to give them props for their marketing.
