I’ve got this relative, not by blood and well I tried to make things meet, while noone in the family considers her worth talking, I accepted her in the family and was nice and polite.
Cut the long story short she said things to me that werent acceptable and did something that left me questioning my own judgment. I’ve severed all ties from her and anybody remotely related to her but lately shes been following me where I go, sending me messages and stuff and pretending like she never said or did anything.
I am very forgiving but what she did, in my eyes is not forgiving, even if i want to ever, i wont bring myself to.
How do I make it clear that i want her to leave me alone
spell it out? use a stern passive look?

Get a restraining order..
No seriously call her up and tell her you remeber what she did..you forgive her..but you can't trust her no more...so it's better that she stay away from you coz you really don't like her anymore.
or u can hire a personal body guard… 
If you are in New York, I can have my a few cops go to her and tell her to stop harrassing you or they'll arrest her. That usually does the trick.

Be honest, tell her you understand she has needs but that you have some needs too and that at present that means you can't be there for her.
It's hard fpor me to help with the information you have given, but I'll try anyway.
If you have time and patience you can start off by saying something like, "Look, A, I know that you have looked for me often lately and that I haven't been there for you. I have my own needs at this time and I hope you will understand that I can't help you right now." or something along those lines.

Two things u need to do. First tell me, why are u stoping urself from conveying her ur true feelings? Second, Tell her straight forwards that :"its finito from my side. See u in hell!" If u can do that, then let no one stop u Anchal. If anyone in life gives u stress and u can afford to lose that person, go ahead and blast him/her away. Been there done that, have no regrets. So same advice to u.

Most of the time I am a 'could care less' person. But this is a nazuk matter with loads of ppl involved, The world is too big, I just want me to be left alone.
