3. isn’t jamavar just a special kind of silk?
4. it’s winter now, so it should be readily available. it also kidna depends of it’s in fashion or not.if velvet is then it should be really available all across the major cloth stores

Jamavar is actually the glittery motifs and it comes in variety of fabrics ie silks/cottons etc. I guess what I am looking for is a little fancy velvet with some chamak shamak, glittery kinda thing since it’s for my daughter.

Buy velvet from Joanne Fabrics here in the US, The quality is much better, and take it to Pakistan for stitching.
