I just want to know why do men don't have to cover their head while listening to azan?

Women are ordered by ALLAH to cover....they don't have infront of their brothers/fathers..etc but infront of others they HAVE to.

great point or question leading to a point..
so women or men don't need to do anything regarding their heads as related to adhan...
the women who do this are just mimicing others
