Vegetarian mode on

So yesterday I made vegetable Chinese rice with my own recipe :daaghu2:

… & spinach. The veges in rice were real crunchy :smiley: . Ate with lettuce leaves :smokin:

Today, I just finished making bhindi gosht as I slowly shift back to my meaty self :blush: Haven’t eaten yet but checked namak. Tastes heavenly :lajawab:

I dont like vegetarians......

Oh I wish if I can have the tasty combination of veges. There are so few.

Thats another reason why people keep on turning towards meat.

A balanced diet is key to good health. Neither all meats nor all vege.

Hunza diet is the one of the healthiest diet in the world!

But but but if you seek longevity then don't eat much. Just rely on teas, water and though, no meat ban but eat less, very little. That's the key to longevity.

Yes they natural mineral water to drink but their diet also play a vital role especially their use of apricot, it?s seeds and oil!

Mostar, natural mineral water is actually major cause of good health. Doctors advise ill people to drink that water for cure of various ailments. Apart from the natural, clean fresh air to breath and lastly, that appricort diet. Did you know apricot seed has anti-cancer properties. Most types of cancers are caused due to body's weak, damaged or no defense system. Apricot seeds boost & strengthen body defense system. Too bad we can't eat the seeds but offcourse the same properties are surely found in apricorts to lesser extent. That's why no disease to ones on this diet. It's not because of vegetarian diet.
