Shaljam = Turnip
Gosht = Meat DAH!!!
Haleem = Haleem a dish made with lentils and meat cooked for a day over slow heat
Tarka = Onions fried in oil with cumin and garlic to garnish Lentil dishes.
Loki = I forgot its some sort of a melon, looks like a Zucchini but very light green.

So whoever listed these as vegetarian dishes 9I think X2 started it must get there daily veg from v8!

but stircrasy, X2 also said that you should just make the dishes with the same ingredients but without the meat or substitute it for something else…maybe that’s how they do it in pakistan when there are meat shop holidays
