I know all Pakistanis are meat eaters but there have to be a number of non-meat dishes too…I mean 100% of what you eat cannot be meat. I guess there will be the Punjabi dishes like we have in India.
Are there other good vegetarian specialties you have had common place there?
Wow thats a great no. of veg dishes...each sounds so appealing. But how often would you include them in your meals? Would you have the veg dishes accompanying the meat dishes or instead of meat dishes?
I found this recipe for Pakistani Pakora Kurhi on youtube:
does anybody know if her recipe is right in terms of the ingredients for the authentic dish?
The onlly thing I find wrong is the soaking of Pakoras in the water. I have never seen anyone do that. Just fry the pakoras and directly add them to the kari. Make sure the kari is not too thick because pakoras absorb the kari.
