allrighty who is watching it? its directed by syed atif hussain and written by fizza jafri same writer and director who made yeh zindagi hai. this drama is sooo good and interesting. i like it so far…i really like fahad’s and shagufta ejaz’s acting in it. i just hope they don’t drag the drama till 50 episodes.

I just saw an episode, very interesting. Can someone please tell us what's happened in the drama so far. I saw the episode where Hina Dilpazir's son dies? Why does he kill himself?
so wahaj, the guy who commits suicide, was burdened with having to get his 7 sisters married and his mom wanted each and everyone of the sisters' wedding to be ostentatious so he ended up taking up a lot of loan just to get the first two sisters married....he was also engaged to his mammoo's daughter to whom he wasn't able to get married to because of his greedy mother
so he ended up committing suicide because of all the pressures, especially because of his greed stricken mother
so has anyone watched today's episode? why does that company's owner slap Irum?? i haven't seen the next episode but saw the next episode clips so i was kind of surprised

yeah i saw the clips as well...i think he slaps her cause he finds out she is using him? or the fact that she already has a fiance bothers him? we'll see i was kinda surprised when i saw that...the one thing that i really like about this drama is you really don't know what's gonna happen next.

I think he slaps her for another reason. If you recall, the girl's mother (i forgot all of their names) was worried why she is going out really late in the night....something like that. Then maybe her boss thought she was a good shareef girl and was only testing her to see if you would really come. So he probably was shocked that she actually came and he probably didn't think she was that kind of girl coming really late to her boss's house i mean you know and slaped her..... OR I'm totally mistaken and he slapped for some reason that i have no idea. :/ I don't see a reason why he would slap her other than what i htink it is because then it make him think she really is stupid and if he was not he rboss and any other guy suppose her brother's "debt collectors" who called her she would have even gone then. I'm guessing.

ooo you might be right...lets wait and see. as for fahad's character yeah his character is a bit slow...aur woh hur waqt bus rota rehta hai...like all the episodes i have seen so far...all he is doing is just thinking and mourning.

yea ur right....maybe that's why i feel weird watching him play this role compared to pasha. I think his acting as Veena is ok. He needs to make it more powerful.important b/c it doesn't feel like he is the main character for now. He needs to be like a hijra (is that what they call ppl like him right?) not TRY to act only... but i know fahad overall is a good actor seen his other dramas.....and so is beenish, her sister-role, shagufta, heena dilpizar (something like that) and Veena's funny friends!

What a fabulous but sad story. Acting and dialogues are just perfect.
Its one of the best pakistani drama I have ever seen!

I think, the whole point is that he as 'Veena' (the character in the play) itself is trying to act like a hijra becuase he doesn't feel like one, i-e the flashbacks etc he keeps having and his infatuation (or whatever you might want to call it with beenish chohan) shows how he is actually uncomfortable with leading the life of a hijra. It doesn't come naturally to him because he doesn't seem to be comfortable with it, hence why 'Veena' has to try to act like a hijra- and you can see the effort going into that.
I think he's acting superbly.
