You said Indian Muslims are pious and know Islam… it was really funny, Salman Khan, Amir Khan, Farah, Dawood Ibrahim (correct name?) are real examples of some “piety” 
There is a saying in Urdu “Kabul mai kia gadhay nahi hotay”, meaning every place has its share of goods and bads so stop thinking so highly of yourselves.
