A really yummy and simple marinade for boneless lamb skewers is, green papaya paste, salt, pepper, lemon juice and fresh thyme - it really doesn’t need anything else and the meat speaks for itself.

I use ginger and garlic paste , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , lemon juice , yogurt, salt
