What’s the worst beauty related injury that you’ve sustained through your own fault?
Big ass burn mark on my cheek.
I was chief bridesmaid at my best friends wedding, and I’d spent a bomb making sure I’d outdo her, only to go and spoil it all by doing something stupid like burning myself with a straightner 
I apologize but LOL … 
Slaggy - serves you right for trying to upstage the bride then.
One I fell off my bed (don't ask!) when using a pair of eyelash curlers and yanked out a whole load of lashes.

Oh that sandy mitt thread has reminded me of this girl in Uni who once sandpapered her legs to make them silky smooth. She ended up covered in tiny grazes, haha
i left my legs half waxed last night 
couldnt stand the pain
^ i used to do that at school, wax them upto the skirt seam … then i thru a tantrum and wore pants for the next 4 years
I wear trousers too lakin its still nice to have silky smooth legs
But the pain near to killed me, I was screaming
I have a low pain threshold so shoot me
O and i hate shaving, i always pull huge lumps of flesh out 
ive never shaved in my life.. i cant stand waxing either.. i end up saying bismillah about 100 times before i pull the strip.. by that time saari wax jam jaathi hai … thats why i visit the local indian lady when im hairy as a forest she loves my hairy legs
and yes, the feeling of sikly legs under jeans is just divine 
who cares if noone is going to witness it
dnt u just hate the jan jaana, like when its too dry, then even a tiny tug is like chinese torture.
I don’t let myself get as hairy as a forest it makes me feel icky, but this time i wanted a really good wax 
and my little sister pulled them off for me.
I kept needing breaks inbetween becasue i was coming up in cold sweats.
she laughed at me, i think my sister loves my hairy legs too, she wanted to see blood.
i always promise myself that i shall never have a forest again.. but i dunno how, it just sneaks up on me one day i’ll have 10 hairs on my leg… the next its the great dividing range (a forest here in australia)

i think when u have longer hair, u get a smoother finish.. no black dots.. i think
yes i know the jan jaana.. whats torture is when uve got hairy legs and uve been wearing tights… OUCH!!! that kills
well i was making cup a noodle. I left it in microwave. took it out later than normal and there was some condensation on the outside of the cup. it slipped. one drop of boiling water spilled on my finger. My natural reflex was to twitch and i spilled the whole cup on my hand. i still have the mark where the steam and boiling water did their thing.
a chemical burn, wasnt fun at all!!

just because of my silly experiments that i do all the time by trying new products or by making my own products with recipes..
major one was related to foot..i lost a nail..had stitches and fracture..and attended my uncles wedding in that condition.
minor ones hand burns, face burns, cuts..etc
oh and how can i forget the yellow face for 2 days due to the amount of turmeric powder that was extra in the facial mask..

I have never had such experiences. Well, waxing sure makes my skin irritable and I see blood on a few occasions, but that isn't exactly an injury now is it.

I don't think I've had any such injuries, but I've a bad one that happened to my cousin on the day of her nikah! The lady who was supposed to be doing her makeup ended up burning her face with bleach cream!
I've never had any terrible experiences yet (knock on wood). My cousin has done some stupid stuff though.
She went to Pakistan when she was around 9 and saw all the women threading their eyebrows. So when she came back to Canada, she decided to completely shave her eyebrows off in an attempt to have thin eyebrows. :D
