i needed some vanilla extract for a recipe…but when i went to get it,i looked at the ingredients ,it stated alcohol 36%(as an extractive).
i did not buy any.is it ok to use it(thinking that alcohol evaporates after cooking)?or are there any other alternatives,to these flavored extracts?
