As for sustenance on blood alone for a human it’s not possible.
Sure blood is very good nourishment and it can be a lifesaver however it makes you more thirsty not to mention the diseases you could catch… It’s not halal and in the long term it would perhaps keep you going for a few days at most…
We had to consider blood drinking very carefull at some stages in life, I thank Allah i never needed to drink a humans blood, though at one time i did suck some out of a wound… but thats different… toxins had to be extracted you see…
