Valima Bridal colors- Autumn 2014 Wedding

Hi all.

I’m getting married in’shah’allah at the end of this year and I am finding it so confusing to find my valima outfit colour combination. I have to choose the outfit for both da days.

In hindsight I know what style I wana go for but choosing the colour is driving me insane lol. From experience getting the wrong colour combination can ruin the beauty of a outfit.

I personally want to go for 3 colours ( tell me if I’m being difficult). A dark colour like purple/navy/dark green with 2 other colours.

Any suggestions or even feedback welcomed.

^ Er, no. I'd stick to colour that are maybe more harmonious.

Do you want pastels or brights? What are you wearing for your baraat?

that’s a little too much. I would look at purple with gold/cream/light pink. Don’t have 2 insanely bright colors–it’ll make them clash

I would select very light pastel colors for valima, like peach n grey. or grey or pink, light green, sky blue.

This dress is mint and red, I love the combo. But mint makes a great valima colour too if you wanted a gold or tea pink dupatta and trim.

Personally I like Autumn Peach combination, I think these colors would translate beautifully into a valima outfit
