Nikah does not become invalidated.

Is nikah still valid without sexual intercourse for 6 months.

I read somewhere there is a fatwa that after 4 months of no contact the wife can initiate an annulement of nikah.

If he's not fulfilling her sexual rights without any reason, then she can ask for a khula. Both partners have the right to sexual fulfillment.
