People actually do complain in China, but very few listen.
In India, you have a majority defining what being "Indian: means. For the it means being Hindu. But does that mean that the 200 million muslims in India have to become Hindu or like Hindus to be considered Indian.

Well, there are people in Indonesia and South America and Middle East that "look Indian" but they aren;t. Also, what exactly does an Indian look like? Brown skin brown eyes?
