i have shopped there...there clothes r amzaing..like designs size...colour..but the thign is they dnt deliever colthes on time... i remember i order two dresses they send one..but for the second one after two months i called them and they r like they r out of stock for tht dress...and they just plain simply decide not to inform me abt tht...
after tht i have never shopped there..just cus it wasnt nice experince..and there 24/7 phone service alos dnt wrok...and i was hard for me to contact them as i live in canada....
rest is ur coice...there clotes are nice but there customer service sucks

Overall i am pleased with the quality, price and customer service.
a) Do the outfits actually look like the pics on the website?
yes, the outfit i ordered was a beautiful lengha style saree and was exactly as it was described and in the picture.
b) Can outfits be custom made well?
I provided measurements for my blouse and ...it fit well, no complaints, stitching was nice.
c) What's the overall delivery like and time scales?
I recieved my saree in less than a month. This was because they custum stitched my blouse (i have friends who recieved their items in less then two weeks)
The Utsav team was quick to respond to my e-mails and i saved a whole lot.

I foolishly decided to try my luck after reading mixed reviews & I am still waiting for an outfit that should have arrived last week. The customer service is awful, I can't comment on the quality yet as I'm still waiting.........

They customized my outfit according to my will and fulfilled all my requests. I was hoping to receive my outfit by 12th but I was later informed that I will receive it on 15th. I was OK with that because I needed to wear it for Eid(17th). As long as I received it by the 15th, I would have had enough time to purchase matching jewelry and make sure it fit properly. After several conversations on e-mail and chat, the "concerned" center assured me that I will receive my outfit by 15th.
I received an e-mail stating, "On Friday your ordered item will shipped and on Monday it will be delivered... So once again I request you to no need to worry at all".
By the tracking number I found out that the outfit was not mailed on Friday after all.
Monday came n i never received my outfit. I was glad to get it on Tuesday (late in the evening) on my doorstep. The packaging was not great, but my outfit was very pretty. I love the lehenga and the dupatta.. both have extremely heavy work done on it. However, I truly hate the top! I can not explain how much I dislike the top... The sleeves do not match each other, there is writing on the top and the fitting is awful!! Since I did not receive it on time, I was unable to get it fixed or buy matching jewelry for it. Therefore, I did not wear it for Eid. However, I look forward to wearing it in the near future hopefully if something could be done about the top. I do not want to spend tons on money on a tailor. I also do not want to send it back because I am afraid I will not get it back on time.
Pros: Quick responses, heavy work, excellent workmanship, beautiful lehenga and dupatta
Cons: Late delivery, horrible stitching, ugly blouse, bad packaging, color a bit too bright for my taste

i am having my bridesmaids order their sarees from this website. So far a few girls have placed their orders and UTSAV has gotten back to them asap about confirming their orders. My one friend made her blouse too conservative and they actually got in touch with her saying that her measurements seemed to be a bit off and helped her figure out the correct measurement.
My other friend emailed them and asked them if she could order the saree but send the measurements in later and they were able to get back to her quickly in regards to this (yes she could do that and it is good since it assures her that the saree will be in stock for her to buy).
I had also emailed them and got a response in less than 24 hrs. So overall... i relaly like them and will probably order a saree myself from them in the future.

I ordered 3sarees from them on nov 9th and still havent recieved it yet but they emailed me today that they have shipped my sarees so lets see ill let u guys know how are they like! but everytime i emailed them they replied me within a day so i gues their costumer service aint that bad but i dnno why, whenever i run a search on google about utsav i see so many negative things about them:( hope my sarees are as expected. after this order ill order more sarees for my wedding:d
