Has anyone bought online from UtsavSaree before? They have lovely designs. Do the real things look as good?

My aunt orders from them all the time they are wonderful and I am thinking of ordering some suits from them as well.

I ordered a kamiz with choridar pj from there and my sister ordered a shalwar kamiz. They emailed me after the order and told me that the dress I ordered was not available in the colour I specified, even though they had that colour listed on their website. Anyways, they told me they had only Pink available and I told them to make it in pink.
A couple of weeks later they emailed again and said that they could not do the neckline of my sister's kamiz the way she wanted it. We told them to do it the way they could. A month later we got our clothes, and they were used. My sister's dress had pen marks on it and the work on the neckline was coming off. The outfit looked as if it had been washed a hundred times before. Mine was a little better but still looked used. I emailed them about it and they didn't get back to me! Well, I learned my lesson and would never ever order anything from Utsav again!
BTW, this was almost 2 years ago, so I don't know whether they have become good honest people or not.

i got a sample from dmi and the quality of work as well as the cloth was POOR ... they are so dumb, they should at least send good samples and then bad dresses ... they should learn to do bad business from moi!!!!!
