Nice Chaddis......they seem to be saying. They can't get their eyes off a bit of female flesh even at a public place (with loads of photographers around).
On a more philosophical note, this is one basic ("atavistic") instinct that is universal ( a common man, a celebrity.....everyone). Not quite at the same level -- but the NY Gov for example, was linked to a prostitution ring yesterday....this man had everything going for himself.....but the primitive needs of his "manhood" probably got the better of him. Deep down inside our physical selves we are all friggin same.

Pretty funny - Sachin's smug "been-there-done-that" expression is a classic. Must be tough for these guys these days with the amount of camera coverage. Even "normal" things like picking your nose or scratching your armpits get picked up and telecast all over.

That just reminded me....I saw (on TV) Ishant Sharma adjusting his crotch in this same function. It was diffcult to miss....from the camera shot.
Ishant, of course, was also caught by camera doing some serious "gold-mining" (in his nose) in Australia.
