I’m 24 now, and just stopped using my parents cards, but I’ve always had one of my dad’s cards with me, in a case of emergency, and used it quite often for gas or something else, mostly gas or a taxi ride home, if it got to late and the busses weren’t going , but I would always tell him how much I used, and give him the money.

In your case…your dad is aware of the fact that his card is in your possession right?
