I have it - with my own personal trainer ! Thesedays I almost do it ever day - weight training five days a week and cardio on rest days !

I workout at home these days. The gym feels just too hot. Will get back to the gym once the temperature drops, December maybe.

Company provided membership
and i use it daily mainly for swimming only.

I use my Y membership more because of the swimming.
Other gyms - Only use 50% of what I originally anticipated.

So how you guys are planing it to fit in during ramadhan? I am not sure what will or can I do as days are so long and then you hardly have anytime left. I am thinking probably I will go one hour before the iftaar time.

I pay monthly for the gym in my office building, but I haven't been since April.
I do another outdoor bootcamp and jog/run outdoors regularly. It's so hard to be in the gym. I find it claustrophobic and incredibly boring. Being outdoors is on a whole other level of fitness that you just don't get in the gym.
Totally wasting my money on the gym. :(

I have memebership to the gym. I use it when I have time, and mostly I just don't. Also, there is an issue of someone babysitting my child while I go. Even if I go twice a week, I consider myself lucky.

I don't use my gym at all in Ramadan. It's just not do-able for me. After suhoor I just read Quran and then sleep. After Iftaar I am way too tired.
I am thinking of doing the shred (30 minute DVD) after Iftar but I don't know if I would last or not.

^ You can do Zumba fitness at home , it’s quite good.
I used to go to the gym last year but not anymore. I do cycling now. :rotato:

Planning to spend the ramadan and month after here in Pakistan - and as every thing changes here in ramadan so luckily the gym will be open till 2:00 AM ...
Thinking to do a little Aftari and then hit the guy around 22:00 hrs !

I had it. Put it on hold for Ramadan. Will resume again after period of fasting is over.

I'm a yoga fanatic! I also do zumba and cardio machines. I haven't done any weights yet because yoga is making me strong enough! I couldn't live without the gym. I'm a very physically active person and health is very important to me.

I had one. I was RUBBISH at going to it. So I cancelled :/ waste of money plus I hated it. It was a ladies gym and all the skinny girls would just STARE at the over weight girls. Very annoying!!
