Using the black eye pencil on the lower lid..

So, I have tried using the black liner carefully on the lower lid to give it that defined look … but more or less I end up coloring my lash line rather then the lid :naraz:

I use a soft kohl pencil so i dont have to scrub it hard on that sensitive part of the eye … I am seriously wondering now, does it actually require a slightly firm pressure to color the lid or do you just glide it gently with the pencil?

and after drawing the lower lid , do you smudge it ?

lower lid? what do you mean?

You should try using gel liner or liquid liner. It's much easier to apply and it will give a darker more defined look compared to a pencil.

I use Black track fluidline then go over it with either a black eye pencil, or a black eye shadow. stays put most of the day

maybelline gel eyeliner is the best for using on waterline and its not expensive either:)

Bobbi Brown or MAC gel-liners, they're easy to use and stay-put. Make sure the pencil you're using is soft and 'waxy'. that doesn't drag the delicate under-eye area.

i heard powerpoint pencil of Mac is great for the waterlines

Use an eyeliner pencil with a sponge tip on the other end. Line to lower lid, and gently smudge with the smudger end, it gives such a nice subtle smokey look very nice. Practice also, I never ever lined my lower lashes until about a year ago with the same method, I just love this look, I always thought eyeliner on lower lashes doesn't suit me but it does. try it!!!
