I don’t know what should be the topic.
I just wanted to know if someone can be paak (sp) after taking shower, when they use patches to quit smoking or other purposes. I think you can’t be paak since the water can’t reah under the patch and you can’t wash that body part.
I need to know islamically with your personally opinion.

According to hadeeth, if you have a wound (covered or uncovered), you are NOT supposed to wash it. Your wudu/ghusl is still valid if you just wipe over it. But I personally don't think patches qualify for that.
