Using Eppilator for hair removal?

Has any one used eppilators for hair removal, if yes i have a few questions:

  1. Which company’s product is best as eppilator?

  2. how was your experience?

  3. Any side effects or draw backs?

4.where have you used it and is it ok to use it everywhere?

5.Any lotion, cream, pre-usage product you should use with or before it?

thanks

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

Takes a long time so only use underarms as it is a small area.

It kills at first but you get used to it.

I use Remmington - it's quite good.

now wats an eppilator or dat word u jus said :D

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

i use braun.. dunno u have it over there.. its really good! i am using it about 6 years for underarms, bikini.. and i have to epilate them about all 2 weeks!

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

i use braun silk epil, just bought it this summer, nd so far so good!
use on legs nd arms, but cant do underarms, so painful!! an tips to do something before to not make it so painful??

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

The pain only lasts the first time, once you get in the habit of using it you wont notice the pain.

Underarms are a safe place to use it as for legs and arms only use it if you are planning on religously use a loofah in between becauser you will have nasty ingrowns.

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

I use braun silk epilator with an inbuilt light to see hairs and mashallah it is very good, painful at first, but worth it as I noticed that the hair grows back lighter.

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

Okay so far so good.

So basically most of you would recommend Braun eppilator. Are there any drawback of using it?

What about under legs?

i have that one too! :)

how do u mean under legs?

You get used to it, really you do. The first 2-3 times are the worse, after that it really isnt that bad, dont worry! Im a total baby when it comes to pain, but I got use to it and find that waxing my underarms actually is more painful

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

Some epilators have this glove, which you have to freeze, along with them. Before epilating, you put the glove on the part you want to epilate to numb the skin a bit. But if you find it too much of a hassle, like myself, you can just start right away. You only feel the pain the first couple of times, after that you get used to it.
Personally i use the Braun Silk Epil aswell, which works out just fine for me.

Re: Using Eppilator for hair removal?

don't do it.
