Directly on your teeth to clean them … can it damage the teeth ? should the baking soda be diluted ?

I used it mixed with lemon juice. It went fine. No hurt or damage.

CB if you are trying to whiten your teeth, go for crest whitestrips.

I used these before my wedding (just over 3 years ago) and my teeth are still whiter than before. I did the 14 day course but spread it out over 4-6 weeks instead so that I wouldn't get tooth sensitivity.

it doesnt make ur teeth hollywood artificial white does it...my teeth are ok but have a yellowy tint now.....so hope these work...

did you get the toothpaste too....am ordering as i type...thanks alot was looking for something for my teeth. just a question though-how many days a week do you appy....or daily....and for how many days.....

^I didn't use the Crest toothpaste, just my normal one.. I only used them daily for a week or so.. made my teeth lovely and pure white, but not in the obvious Hollywood way.. they did tingle a tiny bit on me but it was no big deal..

No, it leaves them a natural white, or some shades lighter. I guess how much depends on yellow your teeth were in the first place. I was very happy with the results.

I didn't buy the toothpaste or anything else. I think anything that is going to have an effect has to be left on the teeth for a period of time. I just kept a few strips and do a touch up once a year and that seems to be enough.

I bought the ones where you use them twice a day (30 mins) for 2 weeks. But after reading reviews, they suggest not to use them so frequently. So the first time, I left them on until my teeth started kinda hurting (I don't mind pain but it's an indicator that it's enough), so it was only about 20 mins. Then I used them more or less once a day, every other day. This way, I didn't get any issues with my gums or teeth becoming sensitive. You will start to notice the difference after about 5-10 applications this way (rather than 3 days).

I tried the rapid 5 min a day ones but they weren't so good.

ok, so il use every other day or so then.....

results say that they laat up to 3 years....:]

MY TEETH are ok not too yellow, just a yellow tinge...

i hav used baking soda direct with no issues. but it didn't make my teeth white though.

I am bf and though thre is not much evidence if it is safe or not, I will avoid bleaching until I am done with bf.
Not sure if you are bf though.
