Teggy, my mom has an iPhone 5S now. She has been an smart phone user for long now.

Don’t know about the dumb phone, but you can use your old android phone as a webcam. You need to download an app, and a small plugin on your computer, and as long as both devices are connected to the sane Wi-Fi, you can stream live video from android to any application on your computer
