I see it as a feedback where you can type what you think of the person or write something instead of PMing him/her. I sure would not want to check my PM every now and then if a person wants to say something. So instead of PMing it, you just leave a usernote :phati:

it was a unique system invented by the gupshup scientist anwar qureshi, taa kay wo gupshup ki saari poetry section ki larkion ko sahi tarah privately daad day sakaiN, how ever logo nay iska ghalt estimaal karna shuru kar dia.
