This revolving door policy is keeping terrorism alive thanks to courts who don’t have the guts to convict real terrorists, but will go out of their way to convict innocent people. The few honourable judges who did convict terrorists were either murdered, or had to flee the country due to death threats.

PESHAWAR: Immediately after their release from the Central Jail on Thursday police re-arrested the three sons of Sufi Muhammad, the founder of banned Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi (TNSM).
Police had taken Rizwanullah, Hayatullah and Ziaullah, the three sons of Sufi Muhammad into custody on July 27 under MPO-3 from Sethi Town area of Peshawar.
Peshawar High Court ordered the other day to release them, however the police re-arrested them just after their release form the Central Jail, Peshawar.
According to DPO Swat, Swat police wanted the three sons of Sufi Muhammad in various cases and that’s why they have been arrested again.

We need people like those in Tahreek-e-Insaf to come into power and improve the judicial system.

perhaps govt should spend more time investigating and collecting data against people of suspicion then wastign time of judiciary and police resources. easy to blame the law when it doesnt bend to your whims.

actually, the establishment of which the judiciary is an part still considers religious extremism as a defense against internal and external threats to its power...so the release of Sufi sons...

I disagree. May be establishment doesn't want to convict them but put them under arrests to show "progress" but since courts don't get good enough evidence they can't convict these criminals.

This is bad. Incidents such as this encourage extrajudicial killings.
