It leads to many other problems as well! And yes it can cause death too correct if I am wrong. Though I am talking about general steroids here.

Yes, one can die by using steroids.

Anabolic Steroids are also prohibited in Islam.

Supplements such as whey protein are different and are not considered Steroids, apart from Creatine monohydrate or ethyl easter.

Our Bodies are Allah SWT’s Amanat, we do not have the right to intentionally harm, abuse or damage them, something Steroids has a high risk of doing.

Steroids replace the natural cycle of hormones growth, reproduces more muscle cell tissues that can never be produced naturally, In short it starts to affect/damage the body in a negative way the instant the 1st dose kicks in.
