I have seen some people put the flowery sticky back plastic on their bins but this is much better.

what has been used on these bins? Did they paint it?

PS: I thought that MQM had painted its flag colors on poles around the city, but now I knew that it was paper stick with glue. Kam Kharch bala nasheen :cobra:
