If its used in a good way, it can be good for our youth. $20 million funding for this cause will go a long way and make someone multi millionaire at the cost of Pakistan future if its done exactly not keeping Pakistan perspective at core. and as you said, it will hardly be the case if someone is making someone rich, they will have their own terms.

For gods sake. Its gonna show cartoons of all things. Its a kids TV channel. Not everything the US does is an attack on Islam or Pakistan.

first of all how do u know they will show cartoons.

waise if they only fund the channel and do not dictate what is going to be shown then of course it a wonderful initiative i would rejoice it but the big brother does not invest in something which does not pay back u know that as well as i know. But lets things positive we need cash
even if its for childrens channel.

They will be OK as long as they don't do "brain training" of committing suicide bombing in order to bed 72 hoors.

No one!

I have suspicion right now, its not confirmed until we see the outcome of this $20m!

all around the world countries that want to preserve their identity, they have massive children programs in their own language so every kid on this planet doesnt listen to world of Walt disney all the time. prime examples are France, South Africa, even Canada, Hong Kong

it can be helpful if the winner is really focus on Pakistan young minds to be Pakistani, preserve its language and culture. it will be very wishful thinking that it comes without any strings attached.

Didn't expect that you will ask this rhetorical question.

Obviously no TV these days will openly call for suicide bombings. They don't have to.

As long as the TV's air the following, they will ensure constant stream of new suicide bombers from Pakistan, UK, and USA. Here are some of the possible ways our TVs push our youth towards suicide bombings by spreading constipated conspiracy theories:

  1. Islam Khutray main hai (in reality it is Mullah who is on his way to oblivion through his own misdeeds while the Mullah-less Islam will survive forever ever and ever as per Allah swt's promise)

  2. America is conspiring to divide Pakistan (whereas America is the biggest trading partner and donor for Pak)

  3. Americans will take away our nukie toys (even when namak haram AQ Khan sold them in the open market).

  4. Mossad is in Afghanistan, trying to attack Pakistan (Whereas Israel is trying its level best to be on good side of Pak. Why? Pak gov has never ever gone mad and threatened Israel's existence).

  5. Raw has opened 10,000 consulates right next to Af-Pak border (even when the closest they come is Jalalabad and the total number of consulates may be 5-10 spread mainly far far away from af-Pak border like Herat, Kabulbul etc ).

  6. Talbhianic pigs are getting 100,000's of weapons from India (Whereas Islamists will never say that Hizbullah gets weapons from Mossad).

and the list goes on an on and on.

Thus corrupting the minds of our youth, and pushing them to suicide bombing.
