if u sent some papers incomplete or late in spouse visa and then u sent them corect ones and nothing from nvc or uscis side…or they ask u to wait and wait is getting to longer what should the applicant do???
we r not imigration experts..every one does mistake and my sis and bro in law did too ..they dont know the exact process and requirments..provided them all their requirments now what to do
as u all know my sis visa problem..time to time i disscussed with u all…
My experience is that the only thing you can do with the US embassy is to wait until they decide respond you. If some one else comes with a better suggestion, that will be a good piece of knowledge for me also but i dont think there is any other way to deal with them.
Not sure which stage this case is in, like either with NVC or USCIS or which forms have been sent to them...but I think what should happen is that they should call where the case is and ask them what to do, in many cases if they see that there is some missing information they would send an RFE (Request for Evidence) to the sponsor and get it that way....I m not sure if they are now imaging the forms and can locate the missing information that was sent later. In quite a few instances they find both files but then are confused on which one to use and its given to an agent who will have a lot of cases with him/her and it takes him some time to go through the case.....very important though....call them constantly......or better yet when you call them and they start go on the same stuff like check with us in 4-6 weeks ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and see what they can tell you.
