No genious. Read between the lines. This deal is clearly an attempt by the Americans to maneouver the Indians as their proxy against China
I mean to say that Indian foreign policy is unlikely to go in the direction US wants

The deal is already signed and delivered.. its just a mater of time.. Besides beggers cannot be chosers. India was in bed with USSR and America is far richer then teh evil empire.
