In January 2007, to show great “respect” of Vienna Convention and just to show the world how much USA abide by the international law, USA arrests Iranian Diplomats in Iraq and illegally detains those for more than two and half years!
Of course USA can lecture the world on Vienna Convention.

Incident #2: Venezuela Foreign Minister(chief diplomat!) was illegally detained by USA at an airport in show of great “respect” for Vienna Convention.
