When the operation took place in Abottabad. The Us was ready to Fght Pakistan. But is it possible to fight in Abottabad with Pakistani Army and get out of there?
DiD US think that Pakistani Army is so weak? That they can kill him and fight with Pakistani Army and get out from there? Or is Pakistani Army not capabble to Stop US if there was a confrontation?

US correctly calculated the obvious. They informed Kayani of the operation in progress after the choppers took of from Afghanistan but before they entered Pak space. The reason is :
1) If they inform Pak too much in advance, Pak will ensure the info is leaked and let OBL escape again
2) If the inform Pak too late, then Pak will not have sufficient time to get the following message to the local unit commanders
3) By informing Kayani at that particular time:
3.1 They were able to tell Kayani to get the message to local unit commanders not to intercept or attack the copters
3.2 By doing that before they entered Pak space, in case Kayani took an emotional decision and told them he will not stop PAF response, the copters could still be returned
3.3 Importantly, by pushing Kayani to 3.1, US made sure that Pak military leaders cannot point fingers at civilian government and take some action such as a military coup
the results everyone knows.
Kayani's one chance was to pose being emotional and shose option 3.2. USA gambled that Kayani wouldn't get emotional. And they won.

We have no problem with that.
We are dealing with them at our stage.
Although the have another drone attack today but we hope we will deal with them in a better way.

so how long do you think took choppers to enter Pakistan and get to Abbottabad? 10 minutes? If Pak army knew OBL was there and choppers were sent to get him, don't you think even 10 minutes could've "saved" OBL?

i think the news is misinterpreted here. usa knows that pakistan army is no pushover . especially with thousands of pak soldiers in the vicinity they cannot fight them with 72 SEALS.
they were ready to shoot down any pakistan aircraft which may have tried to attack the seals while going or returning. plus they had a backup team ready to rescue seals in case things went belly up.
Like it or not but america enjoys huge one sided air superiority. they could have shot down any pak aircraft without even entering pakistan.

I don't know how long it takes from wherever the choppers took off to Pak border and then from border to Abbotabad. WHatever those times are, my point is Pak army was not told and they did not know.
Only Kayani was told. Kayani's job was to tell local response not to intercept. If someone in spite of this try to save or succeeds in saving obl by moving him, the safe house watchers will have clear view into that.
the Pak army was check mated.

thnx for all the questions. It is just that i was thinking about it when i saw the headlines. That USA was ready to fight PAkistan.

I didn't know that they informed a bit about the operation before they entered Pakistan. I was just curious. Us is superior but Pakistan is not Afghanistan and Iraq with 10.000 fighters with only ak 47 and they are at war 10 years. I thought Pakistan is a little bit strong country and how it can that 72 navy seals and 4 choppers were ready to fight Pakistan and get out of there.
